A building maintenance company has 5 remote sites spread across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The company is with about 100 plus labor force in each site. Head office is located at Abu Dhabi, where all the management of these sites are being carried out.

 

As all these sites are remote sites with limited access of internet, currently labor working time is registered through manual attendance marking with time card sheets.

 

Speaking with HR manager it is understood that, they are Facing lots of calculation errors in pay roll calculation and job costing reports, also manual payroll calculation takes a lot of time and effort,difficulty in managing shifts, and overtime is not monitored properly.

 

Head office uses time clock punching device to mark employee attendance which is also not fully automatic. They wanted a centralized workforce attendance at head office to manage all the remote sites without internet also a detailed overtime reports and shift reports to manage labors effectively.

 

Each remote sites with matrix FMX finger print devices, Which is a biometric attendance device supporting both fingerprint and RFID smart card. FMX fingerprint device comes with lumidium sensor which is good solution for scanning labor fingerprints which is cut and with dirt most of the time.3 G SIM card modules for attendance data transfer were installed in each remote sites and connected to head office with GPRS data Transfer.

 

ME platform matrix attendance software which can accommodate 1000 users were configured and integrated with pay roll software. Central office is installed with Vega biometric fingerprint machine for employee attendance marking.
